The envelope is designed to make soft or flat products closed Tight in the envelope. So you can meet under 20mm thickness target easier, while other soft normal paper envelopes or poly mailing bags will just 'inflate' with a soft item inside. If you are after a rigid hard mailer, this is not one. If you need something to send you flat or soft products, this is an ideal one for cost and postage saving.

Questions about this envelope
Will a rigid mailer stop my item bending?
Yes. Rigid mailers are made from stiff board (700gsm card or corrugated eFlute), so prints, photos and documents arrive flat. For extra care, write "Please do not bend" on the front.
Will it fit an Australia Post prepaid envelope?
Our DL, C5 and C4 rigid mailers are sized to go inside the matching Australia Post prepaid envelopes. It's in the product title when a mailer is made to fit.
How do I seal it?
Peel the liner off the glue strip and press the flap down firmly.
What's the difference between rigid mailers and card envelopes?
Rigid mailers are made to resist bending. Card envelopes (tough bags) are strong 250–300gsm card that protects documents and catalogues but can flex a little.
What does the pack size mean?
The pack size is how many envelopes come in one pack, for example 100 is a pack of 100 envelopes. "Number of packs" sets how many packs you get, so a pack of 100 with 2 packs is 200 envelopes.
Can I return the envelopes, or pick up my order?
Yes to both. We offer 90-day returns on unopened items (see our refund policy), and you can choose pickup at checkout and collect from Minto NSW or Braeside VIC, Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.
