Rigid envelopes for prints, photos and documents
Rigid envelopes keep flat items flat. Choose bright white 700gsm card rigid mailers, tougher eFlute corrugated rigid envelopes in brown, white or black, or lighter board backed envelopes. Sizes run from DL and C5 (which fit AusPost prepaid envelopes) to A2 (450 x 630mm), plus mailers made for 7 inch and 12 inch vinyl records.

Packing prints safely
1Sleeve the print in a clear bag or tissue.
2Choose a size with 5–10mm spare on each side.
3Seal and mark close the envelope and add a “do not bend” note.

What is the difference between 700gsm and eFlute?
700gsm is a thick solid card with a smooth finish. eFlute is a thin corrugated board, which is stiffer and better for larger or heavier items.
Which rigid mailer fits an AusPost prepaid envelope?
The DL (120 x 228mm) and C5 (152 x 227mm) rigid mailers are sized for AusPost prepaid envelopes, and the C4 (214 x 312mm) is sized for the large prepaid envelope.
What size rigid envelope do I need for A4?
Use the A4 size, 240 x 330mm, which leaves room around an A4 sheet (210 x 297mm).
Can I buy rigid envelopes in bulk?
