Keep invoices, packing slips and customs paperwork with the parcel. A document pouch (also called a documents enclosed pouch, packing list envelope or invoice enclosed envelope) has a self-adhesive back: peel, stick it to the carton or satchel, and slip the paperwork inside. Choose plain or printed “Invoice Enclosed” pouches in white or red, an A5 pouch for folded A4 pages, or our paper invoice envelope for paper-based packing.

What is a document enclosed pouch?
A self-adhesive plastic or paper sleeve that sticks to a parcel and holds documents such as invoices, packing lists or customs forms.
What size document pouch do I need?
For an A4 sheet folded in quarters, use a 110 x 150mm or 115 x 150mm pouch. For A4 folded in half, use the A5 240 x 185mm pouch.
Will the pouch stick to a poly mailer?
Yes. The self-adhesive back sticks to cardboard boxes and to most plastic satchels and mailers. Press it down firmly on a clean, dry surface.
Do you have an eco friendly document pouch?
Yes, the paper invoice enclosed envelope is a paper-based option.
Can I buy document pouches in bulk?
Yes. Most pouches come in packs of 1,000 to 6,000.
