What is a book wrap mailer?
It is a flat corrugated mailer that folds around a book or flat item. Creased fold lines let it adjust to the item’s thickness, and a self-adhesive strip seals it shut.
What size book wrap do I need?
Measure the book’s length and width, then choose a wrap with a slightly larger footprint. As a guide: R1 for paperbacks and A5, R2 for larger novels, R3 for hardcovers and games, R4 for A4 books, R5 for large books and albums, and V8 for A3.
How thick can the item be?
R1, R2, R5, V6 and V8 adjust up to 60mm deep. R3, R4 and R4w adjust up to 80mm.
Can I ship vinyl records in a book wrap?
Yes. The V6 LP record wrap is sized for 12-inch records and holds up to 6. For a single record, the B412 superflat LP box is slimmer.
Do I need tape?
No. Each wrap has a peel-and-seal adhesive strip. Several sizes also include a tear strip so your customer can open it without a knife.
