Our V6 LP vinyl record wrap mailer (M170) has an inner size of 335 x 335mm and adjusts in depth up to 60mm, so one mailer takes anything from a single 12-inch LP to a set of 6. The wrap-around design folds snugly to the records and forms extra corrugated edges that protect the jacket corners in transit. A peel-and-seal strip closes it without tape, and a tear strip lets your customer open it cleanly. Sold in packs of 50 or 100.

Key Features

Made for 12-inch vinyl: The 335 x 335mm inner size takes 12-inch LPs in their jackets, from a single record to a box set.
Adjustable depth up to 60mm: Pre-creased score lines let the wrap fold to the thickness of the order, holding up to 6 LPs.
Corner and edge protection: The side flaps fold over to form extra corrugated edges that guard jacket corners against knocks.
Peel-and-seal closure: A self-adhesive strip seals the mailer without tape.
Easy-open tear strip: Your customer can open it cleanly without a knife near the artwork.
Recyclable corrugated board: Natural brown kraft corrugated board that can go in paper recycling.
90-day money-back guarantee: Backed by the eBPak 90-day money-back guarantee.

Customer photo review of Self Sealing LP Vinyl Record Wrap Mailer 335 x 335 x 60mm V6

I’ve been sending out vinyl in these packages for over a month now and all of them have arrived at their destination without any damage. They neatly fit 1 x LP but have the flexibility to fit a few which I find awesome. Highly recommended!

Self Sealing LP Vinyl Record Wrap Mailer 335 x 335 x 60mm V6

I used to use 13” pizza boxes to send out my laserdiscs ( same size as 12” vinyl records ), but wanted something more professional looking. These work perfectly - I initially ordered 20 to see how they were and very impressed do ordered a box of 50 straight after. Soon will start ordering in 100 quantities to save a little more on cost. I was using bubble wrap , packing peanuts and the pizza boxes before. Now , apart from saving on not needing the other packing supplies , can pack orders so much more quickly. Very happy I found these to use.
