eFlute rigid envelope FAQs ▾
eFlute rigid envelope FAQs
What is eFlute?
E-flute is a thin grade of corrugated cardboard. It is much stiffer than plain card for its weight, which makes it ideal for rigid envelopes.
eFlute or 700gsm rigid mailer?
Both resist bending. 700gsm rigid mailers have a smooth glossy white finish; eFlute envelopes are corrugated, light, and come in more sizes (up to A2) and colours.
Which rigid mailer fits inside an Australia Post prepaid envelope?
Choose the DL (120 x 228mm), C5 (152 x 227mm) or C4 (214 x 312mm) rigid mailer, each sized to the matching prepaid envelope. These three are made from slimmer F-flute board.
Do you have an A2 rigid mailer?
Yes. The brown A2 rigid mailer is 450 x 630mm, in packs of 25 or wholesale cartons of 500.
Are eFlute envelopes recyclable?
Yes. They are paper-based corrugated board and can go in paper and cardboard recycling.
