Pallet strapping: poly, PET and steel strap with tools
Secure pallets, bundles and heavy cartons with pallet strapping from eBPak. Choose lightweight poly strapping (polypropylene) for cartons and light pallets, green embossed PET strapping (polyester) for heavier loads, or ribbon wound steel strapping for the heaviest jobs. Finish the job with plastic strapping buckles, sealers (crimpers), a steel strap tensioner and cutter.

Strapping FAQs ▾
Strapping FAQs
What is the difference between poly and PET strapping?
Poly (polypropylene) strap is lighter and suits cartons and light pallets. PET (polyester) strap is stronger and holds tension better, so it is used for heavier loads.
When should I use steel strapping?
For the heaviest and most rigid loads, such as steel, timber and building materials.
Do I need a tool to use poly strapping?
You can join poly strap by hand with plastic buckles. Sealers (crimpers) give a neater, tighter join.
What width strapping do I need?
12mm poly suits cartons and light bundles. 15–16mm suits pallets, and 19mm steel is for heavy loads.
Do you sell pallet wrap too?
Yes. See our stretch film and pallet wrap range.
