Pallet wrap & stretch film for warehouses and freight
eBPak supplies pallet wrap and stretch film for hand wrapping and machine wrapping, in clear or black. Our 500mm hand rolls suit everyday pallets and loose freight, machine rolls run on turntable wrappers, and 100mm bundling film holds small bundles together. Many people call it shrink wrap, but stretch film clings and holds the load by tension, with no heat gun needed. Order by the roll or carton, or buy pallet lots for a lower price per roll.

Pallet wrap FAQs ▾
Pallet wrap FAQs
Is stretch film the same as shrink wrap?
Not quite. Stretch film (pallet wrap) is stretched around the load and holds it by cling and tension at room temperature. True shrink wrap is loosely applied and then heated so it shrinks tight. For most warehouses, stretch film is the faster and cheaper choice.
What is the difference between hand and machine stretch film?
Hand film comes on lighter 500mm rolls you can hold. Machine film comes on much longer rolls (1,305m to 1,733m) built to run on a wrapping machine that pre-stretches the film.
Which thickness should I choose?
For hand wrapping, 25u is a strong all-rounder for mixed and sharp-cornered loads. Machine film is thinner (17u–23u) because the machine pre-stretches it under controlled tension.
Why use black pallet wrap?
Black film hides what is on the pallet, which helps with security and keeps light off stock. Clear film lets staff read labels and count cartons without unwrapping.
What is bundling film used for?
The 100mm rolls bundle pipes, timber lengths, small cartons and loose items without needing a full-width pallet roll.
Can I buy pallet wrap in bulk?
Yes. Hand rolls come singly or in cartons of 2 or 4, and wholesale pallet lots of 80 or 200 rolls (hand) and 50 rolls (machine) are listed above.
