What are stand up pouches used for?
Retail and online packaging for dry foods such as coffee, tea, snacks, nuts, spices and pet treats. The gusset lets the pouch stand upright on a shelf.
What is the difference between matte and foil pouches?
Matte pouches have a non-glossy matte finish. Aluminium foil pouches add a metal layer that blocks light and moisture, which helps keep coffee and spices fresh.
Are foil pouches the same as mylar bags?
They are similar. “Mylar bag” is a common name for metallised or foil-lined barrier pouches like our aluminium foil stand up pouches.
Can I heat seal these pouches?
Yes, stand up pouches can be heat sealed above the zip with an impulse sealer for a tamper-evident seal. Vacuum bags are sealed with a vacuum sealer.
Do you sell stand up pouches in bulk?
