Envelope sizes are width x length. Bubble mailers lose a little room to the bubble lining, so allow for the item’s thickness.

Envelope FAQs
What is the difference between a padded envelope and a bubble mailer?
They are the same idea: an envelope with a cushioning lining. Bubble mailers use a layer of air bubbles; honeycomb paper mailers use a paper honeycomb cushion instead.
What size is a C5 envelope?
C5 is about 162 x 229mm, made to hold A5 paper or A4 folded in half. Our C5 options are around 160 x 230mm, such as the G1 / 01 bubble mailer and the C5 card and business envelopes.
Which envelope fits A4 paper flat?
Choose an A4 / 04 size such as the 235 x 350mm poly bubble mailer, the 235 x 325mm A4 card envelope or the 230 x 330mm A4 business envelope. For photos and certificates, use an A4 rigid envelope.
Are your envelopes self-sealing?
Most of our mailers have a peel-and-seal strip. Check each product page for the closure type.
Can I buy envelopes in bulk?
Yes. Most lines come in packs of 50 to 200, and wholesale cartons of 1,000 or more are available on many sizes.
