Poly bubble padded envelopes
Poly bubble padded envelopes combine a tough, water-resistant plastic outer with a bubble lining, so small and delicate items arrive safely while parcels stay light. Our G series runs from G0 (100 x 180mm) to G9 (560 x 410mm) in white, black, hot pink, rose pink and red, each with a peel-and-seal strip. Many sizes are made with PCR (post-consumer recycled) plastic. Buy packs of 25 to 400, or wholesale cartons of 500 or more.

What is a poly bubble mailer?
A padded envelope with a plastic (poly) outer and an air bubble lining. It is lighter than a box and resists water better than a paper mailer.
What do the G sizes mean?
G is our poly bubble series, and the number matches the standard padded envelope size: G1 = size 01 (160 x 230mm), G2 = 02 (215 x 280mm), G5 = 05 (260 x 380mm) and so on.
Which size suits clothing?
G5 (260 x 380mm) and G6 (300 x 400mm) suit folded clothing. Use G7 (360 x 480mm) for bulkier garments.
What does PCR mean?
Sizes marked PCR are made with post-consumer recycled plastic.
