Kraft paper bubble mailers (also called bubble envelopes, padded envelopes or padded bags) in 10 sizes, from 100 x 180mm to 360 x 480mm. A tough white kraft paper outer, a cushioning air-bubble lining and a peel-and-seal strip protect small and delicate items in the post, while keeping parcels light and postage low.

What size bubble mailer do I need?
Pick a mailer whose inside size is about 10mm bigger than your item in width and length, and allow extra for thick items. #01 (160 x 230mm) suits A5 and C5 items, #DM (172 x 220mm) CDs and DVDs, #02 (215 x 280mm) paperback books, and #03 (230 x 330mm) or #04 (235 x 350mm) A4 documents.
What size bubble mailer fits A4?
Use #03 (230 x 330mm) for flat A4 documents. Choose #04 (235 x 350mm) if the item is thicker or you want a little more room.
Can I send a bubble mailer as a large letter?
Often, yes. Australia Post large letters can be up to 260 x 360mm, 20mm thick and 500g, so sizes up to #04 can qualify if the packed envelope stays within those limits. Check current Australia Post rules before posting.
Paper or poly bubble mailers?
Kraft paper bubble mailers have a classic look and are easy to write on. Poly bubble mailers have a plastic outer that resists water and tearing, and come in more colours. For a plastic-free option, choose honeycomb paper padded mailers.
Are these bubble mailers recyclable?
They combine a paper outer with a plastic bubble lining, so check your local council recycling rules. If you need fully paper packaging, our honeycomb padded mailers use paper padding instead of plastic bubbles.
Can I write on them or print labels?
Yes. The white kraft paper takes pen, marker and shipping labels well. Size #01 is available with printed address lines or plain.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
