Which size do I need?

What's the difference between paper and poly bubble mailers?
Paper bubble mailers have a paper outer you can write on with a pen, and feel like a classic padded envelope. Poly bubble mailers have a plastic outer that resists water and tears better.
How do I seal the mailer?
Peel the liner off the adhesive strip and press the flap down firmly.
Do you have a plastic-free padded mailer?
Yes. Our honeycomb padded mailers use honeycomb paper padding instead of plastic bubbles. See the product description for recycling and composting details.
What does the pack size mean?
The pack size is how many mailers come in one pack, for example 100 is a pack of 100 mailers. "Number of packs" sets how many packs you get, so a pack of 100 with 2 packs is 200 mailers.
Can I return the mailers, or pick up my order?
Yes to both. We offer 90-day returns on unopened items (see our refund policy), and you can choose pickup at checkout and collect from Minto NSW or Braeside VIC, Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.
