A 12″ LP jacket is about 315mm square and a 7″ sleeve about 180mm, so each mailer leaves room for padding or a backing board.

A 12″ LP jacket is about 315mm square, so our 345 x 345mm LP mailers (M065 and M341) are the standard choice for a single record.
How many records fit in one mailer?
The M065 and M341 suit a single LP, the B412 mailing box takes 2–3 LPs, and the V6 wrap mailer holds up to 6.
Do you have mailers for 7 inch records?
Yes. The 7″ record mailer is 225 x 205mm, in packs of 100 or wholesale cartons of 500.
What are LP mailers made from?
Our record mailers are made from corrugated eFlute board, which is stiff, light and recyclable.
