The mailers are generally great for protecting records in the post but be wary as some batches have glue that has become unstuck on the side flaps. I have encountered this with batches of both the black and plain mailers. eBPak have replaced the faulty ones with no issues, but be sure to check your order when it arrives for this issue.
Works well. Large enough to take a record plus two stiffeners. Perfect for a single 12" / LP. The seal is proper sticky and holds fast.

Your record mailers used to have FRAGILE printed on them however my last shipment came blank. This was disappointing.
I have been buying this item for the last 6 years from your collection. The product quality has declined considerably since I first purchased it. The cardboard weight has become thinner and thinner, it is flimsy now and not ridged, the glue doesn’t even work. I am becoming sceptical about this product being manufactured cheaply and sold at a more expensive price. I know it is definitely not what I once bought. It needs to be fixed.
