This hot pink #01 bubble padded envelope is 160 x 230mm inside. A tough, water-resistant polyethylene outer and an air-bubble lining protect items in transit, and the tamper-evident peel-and-seal strip closes it in seconds without tape. Which size do I need?
Sizes are inside measurements (width x length). Measure your item, then choose a size about 20–30mm wider and longer so it slides in easily and the flap still seals. The size guide on this page shows every size and what it suits.
Are poly bubble mailers water-resistant?
Yes. The polyethylene outer resists water, scuffs and tears in the post, and the bubble lining cushions knocks and drops.
How do I seal the mailer?
Peel the liner off the adhesive strip and press the flap down firmly. The seal can't be reopened without visible damage, so you can tell if a parcel has been opened.
Should I use a bubble mailer or a box?
Bubble mailers suit items that can take a little flex: cosmetics, accessories, books and small electronics. For glass, ceramics or anything that can crush, use a mailing box with bubble wrap.
Do the mailers contain recycled plastic?
Our white PCR poly bubble mailers include post-consumer recycled plastic. Each product description lists what the mailer is made from.
What does the pack size mean?
The pack size is how many mailers come in one pack, for example 100 is a pack of 100 mailers. "Number of packs" sets how many packs you get, so a pack of 100 with 2 packs is 200 mailers.
Can I return the mailers, or pick up my order?
Yes to both. We offer 90-day returns on unopened items (see our refund policy), and you can choose pickup at checkout and collect from Minto NSW or Braeside VIC, Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.
