Our bubble padded envelopes (also called bubble mailers, padded envelopes or jiffy bags) cushion small items without the weight or cost of a box. Choose from four ranges: tough poly bubble mailers, white paper bubble envelopes, eye-catching metallic mailers and plastic-free honeycomb paper padded mailers. Standard sizes run from 00 to 09 in packs from 25 to wholesale cartons of 5,000.

Sizes are listed width x length. Honeycomb and metallic sizes vary slightly from the standard size, as shown. Need a stiff insert? Add a cardboard backing board: A5 153 x 215mm, A4 302 x 215mm or 320 x 320mm.

What is the difference between bubble mailers and padded envelopes?
They are the same thing. “Bubble mailer”, “padded envelope”, “bubble envelope” and “jiffy bag” all describe an envelope with a cushioning layer inside.
Which size padded envelope fits A4?
Size 03 (230 x 330mm) fits A4 sheets flat. Size 04 (235 x 350mm) gives extra room for thicker A4 items such as notebooks.
Which size fits A5?
Size 01 (160 x 230mm) fits A5 paper (148 x 210mm). For CD or DVD cases, the extra-wide DM (172 x 220mm) is a better fit.
Are poly bubble mailers waterproof?
Poly mailers are made from plastic film, so they are water-resistant and shrug off rain far better than paper mailers. Seal them fully for best results.
Do you have eco-friendly padded mailers?
Yes. Our honeycomb paper padded mailers use paper instead of plastic bubbles, and many of our poly bubble mailers include recycled (PCR) content.
Can I buy bubble mailers in bulk?
Yes. Most sizes come in packs of 25 to 200, and wholesale cartons of 500 to 5,000 bring the unit price down.
