- Open the flat carton into a tube.
- Fold in the two short bottom flaps, then the two long flaps.
- Tape along the bottom seam with 48mm packaging tape. For heavy items, also tape across both ends (H-taping).
- Pack your items and fill any gaps with void fill or bubble wrap.
- Close the top flaps the same way and tape the seam.
- Free delivery to Sydney & Melbourne metro on orders over $500.
- $50 flat rate to Wollongong areas and $75 to Gosford & Newcastle areas (up to 2 tonne).

Questions about this box
Is the size inside or outside the box?
All sizes are internal (length x width x height), measured inside the box. The outside is a few millimetres bigger because of the board thickness.
What does the pack size mean?
The pack size is how many boxes come in one pack, for example x25 is a pack of 25 boxes. "Number of packs" sets how many packs you get, so x25 with 2 packs is 50 boxes.
Are the boxes delivered flat?
Yes. Regular cartons are delivered flat to save space and fold into shape in seconds.
How do I seal the box?
Use 48mm packaging tape along the top and bottom seams. For heavy items, also tape across both ends. See "How to fold & seal" above.
Can I return the boxes?
Yes. We offer 90-day returns on unopened items. See our refund policy.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect from Minto NSW or Braeside VIC, Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.
Can you make a custom size?
Yes. Custom cartons start from 1,000 units and take around 2 weeks. Get a quote.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
