Our B140 self seal mailing box is a brown kraft eCommerce mailer with an internal size of 220 x 160 x 77mm, sized for A5 items. It closes with a built-in peel-and-seal adhesive strip, so you can pack and send without packing tape, and the tuck front lid and folded double side walls give a neat, sturdy box. Like most of our self seal sizes, it has a second strip your customer can use to reseal the box for a return. Sold in a pack of 100.

How do I assemble and close a tuck-front box?
Fold up the sides, lock the double side walls over the dust flaps, pack your items, then close the lid and tuck the front flap into the front of the box. Self-seal styles have an adhesive strip on the flap. On other styles, add a strip of tape or a branded sticker for heavier items or extra security.
Is the size inside or outside the box?
All sizes are internal (length x width x height), measured inside the box. The outside is a few millimetres bigger because of the board thickness.
What does "Full" or "Premium" colour mean?
"Full" colour boxes (for example Full Black or Full Rose Pink) are printed the same colour inside and out, so the box looks finished the moment it's opened. Most other coloured boxes are coloured outside with a natural kraft inside.
Are tuck-front boxes good for gifts and subscription boxes?
Yes. The lid opens like a gift box and the double side walls give a clean, strong finish, so they're popular for gift sets, cosmetics, candles and subscription boxes. Add tissue paper or shredded paper filler for a nicer unboxing.
Are the boxes delivered flat?
Yes. The boxes are delivered flat in packs and fold into shape in seconds, so they take up very little shelf space.
Can I print my logo on the box?
Yes. We make custom printed boxes from 1,000 units, usually in around 2 weeks. Get a quote. For smaller runs, a printed sticker or stamp on a plain box works well.
What does the pack size mean?
The pack size is how many boxes come in one pack, for example x100 is a pack of 100 boxes. "Number of packs" sets how many packs you get, so x100 with 2 packs is 200 boxes.
Can I return the boxes, or pick up my order?
Yes to both. We offer 90-day returns on unopened items (see our refund policy), and you can choose pickup at checkout and collect from Minto NSW or Braeside VIC, Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.
