This 220 x 160 x 16mm Superflat Mailing Box is made of quality kraft corrugated cardboard with more than 50% recycled fiber. You will not have to pay higher prices for superior quality. This Superflat A5 mailing box is one of our Signature Products. The super flat mailing box is designed to send your fragile items as a Large Letter with maximum protection. We refined the design over the years to make it perfect for high efficiency Pack and Send.
More than 70% of corrugated boxes are recycled and reused. In general, boxes and cartons have a much less environmental footprint than bubble padded mailers. Large letters
A large letter is an article which exceeds at least one of the small letter dimensions and has the following characteristics:
- rectangular in shape
- no larger than 260mm x 360mm
- no thicker than 20mm
- does not weigh more than 500g.

Where do I pick up?
Unit 2, 1 Swaffham Road, Minto NSW 2566, or 21–23 Endeavour Way, Braeside VIC 3195. Both are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. We'll email you when your order is ready, usually within 15–30 minutes.
Can you deliver a pickup special?
Yes, within Sydney and Melbourne metro. Call (02) 8750 5347 for a delivery price, or place the order and we'll contact you.
Can I return an item, or pick up my order?
Yes to both. We offer 90-day returns on unopened items (see our refund policy), and you can choose pickup at checkout and collect from Minto NSW or Braeside VIC, Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on the site includes 10% GST, and your tax invoice is emailed with your order confirmation.
