Which bubble size do I need?
10mm bubbles suit most items: glassware, electronics, homewares and gifts. 20mm bubbles cushion heavier and bulkier items like appliances, furniture parts and artwork.
How much bubble wrap do I need?
As a guide, wrapping a shoebox-sized item twice uses about 1m of 500mm-wide wrap. The "About this roll" panel above shows how many square metres are on this roll.
Bubbles in or out?
Bubbles in, against the item. The flat side faces out so tape sticks well and the bubbles cushion the item.
Is the bubble wrap recyclable?
Standard bubble wrap is polyethylene (soft plastic). Our biodegradable EcoPure bubble wrap breaks down faster in landfill; see the description. For a plastic-free option, try honeycomb paper.
What does the pack size mean?
The pack size is how many units come in one pack. "Quantity" sets how many packs you get, so a pack of 6 with quantity 2 is 12 units. Bigger packs cost less per unit.
How fast is delivery?
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day usually leave the same day from Minto NSW or Braeside VIC. Delivery is free to Sydney and Melbourne metro on orders over $500, with flat rates to Wollongong ($50) and Gosford & Newcastle ($75).
Can I return an item, or pick up my order?
Yes to both. We offer 90-day returns on unopened items (see our refund policy), and you can choose pickup at checkout and collect from Minto NSW or Braeside VIC, Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.
