The #09 black mailing satchel is a lightweight poly mailer with an internal size of 750 x 900mm. It suits oversized soft goods such as doonas, pillows and large textile orders, and is made from 80 micron polyethylene that resists tears and punctures. The self-adhesive strip seals each satchel in seconds — no tape or staples needed. It is black inside and out, keeping contents completely private.

Questions about this satchel
Which size do I need?
Sizes are inside measurements (width x length). Measure your item, then choose a size about 20–30mm wider and longer so it slides in easily and the flap still seals. The size guide on this page shows every size and what it suits.
Are the satchels waterproof?
Poly mailers are made from polyethylene film, which keeps out rain and splashes in transit. Kraft paper courier bags are paper, so keep them dry.
How do I seal a satchel?
Peel the liner off the adhesive strip and press the flap down firmly from the middle outwards. Once sealed, a satchel can't be opened without visible damage, so you can tell if a parcel has been tampered with.
Can people see what's inside?
No. Our white, black and pink satchels are opaque, so contents stay private. The clear self-seal poly bags are see-through and made for Amazon FBA and product packing.
Do you have eco-friendly satchels?
Yes. We stock compostable mailers and kraft paper courier bags, and many of our white mailers include recycled plastic. Each product description lists what it's made from.
What does the pack size mean?
The pack size is how many satchels come in one pack, for example 100 is a pack of 100 satchels. "Number of packs" sets how many packs you get, so a pack of 100 with 2 packs is 200 satchels.
Can I return the satchels, or pick up my order?
Yes to both. We offer 90-day returns on unopened items (see our refund policy), and you can choose pickup at checkout and collect from Minto NSW or Braeside VIC, Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.
