Been using EBpack for many years, I get the bubble mailers for my small items and the poly mailers for my satchels. I get each size of satchel in a different colour, it makes it easy when I need to make the mailing labels.

Questions about this mailer
Which size do I need?
Sizes are inside measurements (width x length). Measure your item, then choose a size about 20–30mm wider and longer so it slides in easily and the flap still seals. The size guide on this page shows every size and what it suits.
What's the difference between paper and poly bubble mailers?
Paper bubble mailers have a paper outer you can write on with a pen, and feel like a classic padded envelope. Poly bubble mailers have a plastic outer that resists water and tears better.
How do I seal the mailer?
Peel the liner off the adhesive strip and press the flap down firmly.
Do you have a plastic-free padded mailer?
Yes. Our honeycomb padded mailers use honeycomb paper padding instead of plastic bubbles. See the product description for recycling and composting details.
What does the pack size mean?
The pack size is how many mailers come in one pack, for example 100 is a pack of 100 mailers. "Number of packs" sets how many packs you get, so a pack of 100 with 2 packs is 200 mailers.
Can I return the mailers, or pick up my order?
Yes to both. We offer 90-day returns on unopened items (see our refund policy), and you can choose pickup at checkout and collect from Minto NSW or Braeside VIC, Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.
Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.5 / 5 from 11 reviews.
Best padded mailers ever and I constantly buy from ebpak! Great products and great customer service!
Great as usual
This is my first time purchasing from the EBPAK website. Purchased the 160x230mm bubble mailers. They are the perfect size for sending DVDs and Blu-rays. These have a paper exterior, which is perfect for me, as I write the addresses on the envelope. Order was received 4 days after purchasing. My only criticism is the tracking, which doesn't give any updates, or even a tracking number, which is strange. Just a sent and delivered notification. Will definitely purchase in the future, as these were an excellent price with prompt delivery!
Very happy with purchase, timely delivery
It seems from investigation that my item was first sent to JB Hi Fi !! and returned without my being informed? Possibly info was also sent to JB Hi Fi? How this could happen I do not know
Grate service. Excellent tracking. Quick delivery.
I have been a customer of yours for a number of years now, and I have to say your recent customer service has been terrible. I made a purchase a few weeks ago, but did NOT receive the usual follow up email from you, advising me of the dispatch, and tracking number. I rang and spoke to a female, told her of my issue and asked that it be fixed. Then bugger me dead, I placed another order for a different product, and the SAME thing happened again - NO email, NO tracking details. I rang and spoke to a female (the same one I think) and she couldn't care less. I asked to speak to her boss, and all I got was, "he's out" - no offer to take my number and return my call. Having to ring up to get a the tracking details is a waste of my time, and your current customer service attitude is disgusting. My email is: minkwa@iprimus.com.au
