Self seal boxes, also called self sealing mailing boxes or peel-and-seal mailer boxes, close with a built-in adhesive strip, so you can pack and send without packing tape. Our brown kraft eCommerce mailers have a tuck front lid, folded double side walls and, on most sizes, two peel-and-seal strips: one to send the order and a second your customer can use to return it. How do self sealing mailing boxes work?
Each box has a strip of strong adhesive under a peel-off liner. Fold the box, pack your item, peel the liner and press the lid closed. No tape is needed.
Why do most sizes have two adhesive strips?
The first strip seals the box for sending. The second strip stays covered, so your customer can reseal the same box to send a return.
Are self seal boxes secure enough for courier delivery?
Yes. The adhesive bonds firmly to the board for everyday courier handling. For heavy items, choose a shipping carton or heavy duty box and tape it.
What sizes of self seal boxes do you have?
