Its matte finish and self-locking tuck front give a clean, polished unboxing, while the double-walled sides and front flap add strength in transit. Designing your own print for this box? Download the dieline template (PDF, 220 x 160 x 77mm). It is drawn at full size with cut lines, crease lines and a 3 mm bleed. Place your artwork on it in Illustrator or Affinity Designer, extend backgrounds to the bleed edge and keep text and logos 5 mm inside the lines.

  1. Lay the flat box printed side down and fold up the two long side walls.
  2. Fold the side flaps in (or push the locking tabs into the slots in the base, on diecut styles).
  3. Fold up the back wall, then pack your items. Add tissue paper or bubble wrap for fragile pieces.
  4. Close the lid and tuck the front flap into the front of the box.
  5. Self-seal styles have an adhesive strip on the flap. On other styles, seal the front flap with a strip of tape or a branded sticker for heavier items or extra security.

What fits in a 220 x 160 x 77mm box?

A5 notebooks, books and cards lie flat (A5 is 210 x 148mm). It's one of our most popular sizes for clothing, cosmetics, candles and small gift sets.

Is the size inside or outside the box?

All sizes are internal (length x width x height), measured inside the box. The outside is a few millimetres bigger because of the board thickness.

Can I get this size in other colours or styles?

Yes. This A5 size comes in white, brown, black, pinks, blues, green, grey, red, purple and orange, in diecut, tuck-front and self-seal styles. Use the "Same size, more colours & styles" link above the description to see them all.

What does "Full" or "Premium" colour mean?

"Full" colour boxes (for example Full Black or Full Rose Pink) are printed the same colour inside and out, so the box looks finished the moment it's opened. Most other coloured boxes are coloured outside with a natural kraft inside.

Are the boxes delivered flat?

Yes. The boxes are delivered flat in packs and fold into shape in seconds, so they take up very little shelf space.

Can I print my logo on the box?

Yes. We make custom printed boxes from 1,000 units, usually in around 2 weeks. Get a quote. For smaller runs, a printed sticker or stamp on a plain box works well.

What does the pack size mean?

The pack size is how many boxes come in one pack, for example x100 is a pack of 100 boxes. "Number of packs" sets how many packs you get, so x100 with 2 packs is 200 boxes.

Can I return the boxes, or pick up my order?

Yes to both. We offer 90-day returns on unopened items (see our refund policy), and you can choose pickup at checkout and collect from Minto NSW or Braeside VIC, Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.
