What are your minimum order quantities?

Regular slotted cartons from 1,000 pcs. Small cartons and diecut, tuck front or self-sealing mailers from 2,000 pcs. For other types, ask us.

What is the typical turnaround time?

Once the order is confirmed and paid: locally manufactured products typically take 7–10 business days; imported products usually require 5–7 weeks.

Where do you ship to?

Free delivery to Sydney and Melbourne metro. For other areas, we'll include a freight quote.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes — tiered pricing at 2,000, 4,000 pieces and more.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Three options: a free digital 3D mockup, a digitally printed prototype, or a production-grade prototype. Physical sample pricing depends on type, size, print and finishing. Every order also gets a detailed digital proof for approval before production.

Can I customise size, shape and materials?

Yes. We produce to your required size, with board from E-flute, B-flute and C-flute to double wall for heavier goods.

Are your boxes eco-friendly?

All custom boxes and cartons use FSC-certified corrugated board and are 100% recyclable.
